Ages 12-17

When:

Session 1: July 22-26

Session 2: July 29-Aug 2

Session 3: Aug 6- Aug 9

• Monday-Friday (excluding the Civic Holiday on August 5th)
• 9am – 4pm

WHAT:

Each day will consist of: 

• 3-hour water session
• 1 dryland session
• 2 classroom sessions per week
• Meal plans will be provided to all participants for maximum optimization of energy, fuel and recovery.
• Lunch is not provided. Athletes must bring their own lunch each day.
• Note: This is a water polo bootcamp style program. Participants should expect a focus on conditioning and water polo skills.

Cost:

$400 + $52 taxes / for session 1 & 2

$360 + $46.08 taxes / for session 3 (no camp on Civic Holiday August 5th)
